What is the referral system?
The referral system is used to reward our players, who refer our server to their friends.
You will be awarded with Points for each user registered with your personal link.
Those points are based on total playtime of your friends, and can be used for claiming Valkore Fragments on our website here: • Playtime Rewards
I want to change my password.
You can change your password in your user profile: • User Profile
I want to change my mail address.
If you wish to change your mail address, you have to contact our support team and
request it by submitting a ticket: • Write a ticket
Please note, once the address got changed you have to verify it again before you can
enter the game.
I want to delete my account.
If you wish to delete your account and all its data you have to submit a ticket with
the account you wish to be deleted.
Please note, this process can take up to 72 hours and cannot be reverted!
Can i claim a character name which is already in use?
If the account holding your desired character name is banned, or has less than 10 hours
of playtime, and is inactive for over 3 months, their character names are available for
claim. Simply open a ticket with the name you are interested in and you will be guided further. • Write a ticket

ExVal Ltd. Launcher
How do I get the Launcher?
You can download the ExVal Ltd. Launcher by following this link: • Launcher Download
Unzip our Launcher to the place you wish and start it as administrator. On every
start, your launcher will check for own updates and might restart itself. Afterwards you
can choose an application to install, update or start it.
Please note, you need a verified account to be able to use it and play our game.
How can I play TERA the game?
We are providing our TERA game client over our Launcher.
Open your Launcher and click on the TERA Icon to install, update and start it.
Where can I find the Toolbox?
We are providing our own Toolbox for TERA, which is integrated into our Launcher.
Open your Launcher and click on the Toolbox Icon to install, update and start it.
Error! The update files were not loaded.
If checking files does not resolve the issue, we may be publishing a new build for the game client.
Please restart your ExVal Ltd. Launcher and try again in 10 minutes.

The TERA Toolbox needs to be started as Administrator. Follow the step below:
Rightclick on launcher > Run as Admin

To fix this issue follow this list step by step:
• Make sure all folder names are correct (ExVal Ltd., launcher, TERA, Toolbox)
• Go into the launcher folder and delete the "data" folder, and if present the "deleteme" folder too
• Delete the whole Toolbox folder
• download and put/replace this version file into your TERA folder
• start the ExVal Ltd. Launcher as Administrator
• wait until verify and download of TERA finished
• if finished, switch to Toolbox app in the launcher
• wait until verify and download of Toolbox finished
• if finished, press START in the launcher to start Toolbox
• in Toolbox, press Start on top right to install mods
• if finished, switch back to the ExVal Ltd. Launcher
• open the TERA app in launcher and press PLAY to start Tera

We are providing our own Toolbox for TERA, which is integrated into our Launcher.

Where can I find Shinra, the DPS Meter?
We are providing our own Shinra DPS Meter for TERA, which is integrated into our Toolbox.
Open your Toolbox and click on "Get More Mods" to find and install it.
What Toolbox Mods are allowed? Can I use mod XYZ?
You are allowed to use any kind of mod you can find in the Get More Mods part of the Toolbox.
If a mod is not in the list, it is most likely not allowed, and might
be detected by our Anti Cheat system.
Please note, even when it says 6.0 is outdated, you still need 6.0

Where can I use Promotion Codes?
You can enter a new Promotion Code in your user profile.
Paypal asks for Credit Card info but i dont have one!
We cannot remove or add country specifications for Paypal. Paypal has their own
system and ToS what is responsible what countries has to deliver what informations.
Therefor, you might face a window asking for adding a credit card, even tho you
choose something else.
Please check the Paypal help website for your country for more information.
Benefits & Items
Are the Benefits permanently available?
This depends on the type of Benefit you want to unlock.
We currently provide two types of Benefits:
• One-Time Payment; You pay once and unlock it forever.
• Monthly Payment; You pay once every month to unlock the perks.
You can find your Benefit Items in-game in your Item Claim, under the Account Items tab.
These are not tradable and can be used unlimited times, with all your characters.
Where can I find the items from Promotion Codes?
You can find your Promotion Code Items in-game in your Item Claim.
Where can I find the extra Premium Bars?
You can open your Premium Bar in-game by clicking on the P on the right of your
main skill bar.
The following Premium Bars are available:
• VIP Status; Granting access to battle items.
• Founder & Veteran; Granting access to extra items.
• Hero Pack; Granting access to all Darkan's Wings.
Twitch Rewards
What kind of Twitch Drops do exist?
We currently provide three types of Twitch Drops based on times:
• Watching Time; You can claim the loot based on the time you have watched an eligible streamer.
• Streaming Time; You can claim the loot based on the time you are streaming our game on Twitch.
• Streamview Time; You can claim the loot based on the accumulated time of viewers watching your stream.

How do I link my Twitch account?
You can link your Twitch account to your ExVal Ltd. account by following these steps:
• Go to your User Profile
• Click on the "Link Account" button
• Login to your Twitch account
• Click on the "Authorize" button
• You will be redirected to the ExVal Ltd. website
• You will see a success message
• Your Twitch account will be shown in the list
• You can now claim your Twitch Drops
Please note, you can only link one Twitch account to your ExVal Ltd. account.

As a viewer follow these steps to get your free loot:

Discord Rewards
What kind of Discord Rewards do exist?
We currently provide Discord Rewards based on the amount of days your are continuously
boosting our Discord Server. There are three types of rewards you can get when reaching
a milestone:
• Ex Coins; You get an amount of Ex Coins based on the days you are boosting.
• Item Loot; You get the displayed item as loot drop based on the days you are boosting.
• Benefits; You can unlock two permanent account-wide benefit packages,
Collector and
Discord Booster.
You can link your Discord account to your ExVal Ltd. account by following these steps:
• Go to your User Profile
• Click on the "Link Account" button
• Login to your Discord account
• Click on the "Authorize" button

Playtime Rewards
What are Playtime Rewards?
The Playtime Rewards system is used to reward our players, who refer our server to their friends.

Do I need to pay for referral rewards?
No, the base referral rewards are free to claim for everyone, once you reached the milestone.

Yes, the additional affiliate rewards can only be claimed with an active subscription, once you reached the milestone.
What is ExVal Ltd. Affiliate?
The Affiliate program is a subscription-based benefit.
By subscribing to the Affiliate program, players can earn additional rewards for referring new players to the game.
By encouraging them to play on our server, every Affiliate gets daily Valkore Fragments send every day at 1am server time.
